At You Official, we create custom-made products specifically for you. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Refunds

All products are made specifically for you and therefore no refunds are available under any circumstances.

2. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for an exchange:
     - The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact.
    - You must contact us at qeuries.youofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or store credit at our discretion.

4. Process for Exchange

  • Contact our support team with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Our team will guide you through the steps to ship the product back.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange.

5. Shipping for Exchanges

  • You are responsible for shipping costs when returning the product for exchange.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your product reaches us safely.
